Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM · Check-out before 11:00 AM. Passports will be requested upon arrival for security purposes.

Pool
Glass items are prohibited in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times.

Noise & Neighbours
Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbourhood residents.

Pets & Smoking
No pets allowed. Tobacco/Shisha permitted outdoors only in designated areas.

Visitors
Guests are allowed outdoors only with prior management approval. ID required.

Conditions
General

Booking
Any booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at arrival. It will be returned within 72h after departure, minus any identified damages.

Maximum Capacity
The villa is rented for a maximum of 8 persons (4 suites × 2 persons). Any excess results in immediate contract termination.

Liability
Villa Nawal accepts no liability for theft, accident or damage caused by occupant negligence.

Governing Law
The rental agreement is governed by Moroccan law. All disputes fall under the competent jurisdiction of Marrakech.

Full refund of deposit paid.

Between 30 and 60 days before arrival
50% of deposit refunded. 50% retained.

Force majeure
In the event of an unforeseeable event (natural disaster, war, pandemic), a credit valid for 12 months will be offered.
